INTV Corporation was an American video game company formed in 1984 after acquiring the Intellivision console, game library, and related assets from Mattel Electronics following its exit from the video game industry. Founded by former Mattel marketing executive Terrence Valeski and a group of investors, the company initially sold off Mattel's remaining inventory before resuming production of both Intellivision hardware and software.

In 1985, INTV introduced the INTV System III (also marketed as the Intellivision Super Pro System), a redesigned version of the original Intellivision console featuring a black-and-silver case and a front-panel power indicator. Rather than using the Intellivision II hardware, INTV returned to the original system design because its components were more readily available.

Between 1984 and 1990, INTV released 21 new game cartridges, including enhanced Super Pro sports titles and several games that had been completed by Mattel but never published, such as Thunder Castle and World Championship Baseball. As retail support for the Intellivision declined, the company shifted to a mail-order business model, promoting the system as an affordable American-made alternative to the increasingly dominant Nintendo Entertainment System (NES).

INTV Corporation filed for bankruptcy in 1990 and ceased operations the following year, bringing official Intellivision hardware and software production to an end. By that time, more than 3.75 million Intellivision consoles had been sold since the system's introduction in 1979, leaving a lasting legacy as one of the pioneering home video game platforms of the early 1980s.
